Here are the 8 steps we take to successfully launch branded facilities:
1.Recruitment and training
We are introducing a new recruitment and training system that utilizes Instagram. We also aim to build dedicated members by conducting practical and academic training on a hotel-by-hotel and industry-by-industry basis.
2.Shift Management
Using our proprietary LINE app, we streamline staff shift management, enabling smooth human resource management.
3.Employees also participated in the on-site
By having our employees work on-site together with staff, we can build relationships between seniors and juniors, which will increase retention rates and service levels.
4.Training (OJT)
Aiming to improve the quality of our services, we provide on-the-job training through banquet and wedding services. Through OJT (On the Job Training), we develop personnel with practical experience.
5.Foreign staff
In response to the labor shortage caused by the declining birthrate and aging population, increasing inbound demand, and international conferences, we are also focusing on recruiting, training, and educating foreign staff (OJT).
6.On Shift (Regular)
Particularly highly rated personnel will be assigned as on-shift (regular members) to each banquet and restaurant department (service, kitchen, merchandise).
7.Dedicated Coordinator
A dedicated coordinator will be assigned to each hotel to improve staff retention and develop experienced staff as dedicated members.
8.Cooperation with foreign support organizations
We support the employment, dispatch and management of a wide range of foreign staff, including those with technical, humanities and international visas, specified skills visas and specified activities visas.
