How do I apply?

You can apply for a part-time job by clicking the "Apply for part-time job" button on the top page.
Select an area on the registration explanation reservation page, click on the reservation date and time for the desired venue, and the application form page will appear, where you can enter the required information.

How are your working hours determined?

Depending on how you work, the way you submit your shifts varies, be it on a monthly or weekly basis.
Please rest assured that we will ask you in advance about your preferred working days and times, and will do our best to accommodate your requests as much as possible.
We can flexibly accommodate a variety of lifestyles, including students, housewives, and people looking to work two jobs. Please feel free to contact us for a consultation.

If I have a problem at work, who should I talk to?

Each employee will be assigned a coordinator, so please feel free to consult with them if you have any problems or concerns. Also, if you have any questions during work, you can ask your seniors or superiors. There is a support system in place at each location, so please rest assured.

Will transportation expenses be paid?

This varies depending on the place of employment and the terms of employment. In some cases, you may be paid the full amount, in other cases you may be paid with a cap, or in the form of a commuter pass.
We will provide you with detailed information about the specific payment conditions and amounts during the information session. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff.

Will uniforms be provided?

Whether or not a uniform is provided and what is provided will vary depending on the workplace and type of job.
In most cases, a uniform will be provided, but depending on the nature of the work, you may be required to provide some items yourself (for example, a white shirt, black pants, shoes, etc.).

Can I change or cancel my shift?

As a general rule, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once a shift has been confirmed.
If you are experiencing unavoidable circumstances, such as feeling unwell or having a family emergency, please contact our staff. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.

I have no experience in customer service, but is it possible for me to work here?

Yes, we welcome people with no experience in customer service. In fact, we have had many people choose customer service work as their first part-time job.
At our company, we carefully explain the work content and basic manners for customer service so that even those with no experience can work with confidence. We have experienced staff and seniors on-site, and we have a system in place to provide immediate support if you have any questions.

Are there any restrictions on hair color or style?

Yes, we have a system in place for part-time and temporary staff to be promoted to full-time employees.
In fact, we have many staff members who started as part-timers and became full-time employees after gaining experience. We also help with job placements at our client hotels and companies through recruitment agencies. While building up experience through your daily work, you can take the next step towards being promoted to a full-time employee.

Can I change my work location or job type?

It is possible to match new jobs to match changes in your personal life such as going to school, moving, or family circumstances. For example, some people have changed their place of work when they went from a high school in Kyushu to a university in Tokyo. One of our strengths is that we operate nationwide and have many clients in various regions, so if you have any requests, please consult with your coordinator.

Do you provide social insurance and paid holidays?
Is it possible for you to issue documents such as a tax withholding slip or a certificate of separation from employment?

Although it depends on the employment contract and work history, we will respond in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and work regulations. We also handle the issuance of tax withholding slips and separation slips when you resign or start a new job.
